RECRUITMENT POSITION

1. Assist in the implementation and operation of the company's IT system infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks;  

2. Server operation and maintenance work such as Windows AD domain, Mail, Git, BugTrack, etc;  

3. Maintenance and configuration of the company's IT environment, such as printers, video conferencing, video surveillance, etc;  

4. Responsible for providing technical support for HelpDesk in branch offices;  

5. Procurement, warehousing, and management of IT software and hardware assets and equipment.  

1. Familiar with basic operations of operating systems such as Windows and Linux;

2. Familiar with the installation and debugging of mainstream firewalls and switches such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, etc;  

3. Familiar with Windows Server/Linux system management;  

4. Have the ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot faults;

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of SoC underlying firmware;

2. Responsible for the development and debugging of SoC peripheral drivers;

3. Responsible for SoC bootloader development and maintenance;

4. Participate in the pre research and definition of new features for the next generation of products.

1. Major in computer science, electronics, communication or related fields, with 4 years of undergraduate or 2 years of master's work experience;

2. Proficient in C programming language, with experience in developing SoC/ARM/DSP platforms;

3. Proficient in commonly used embedded system communication peripherals, such as uSim/UART/SPI/IC, etc;

4. Experience in RF driver development is preferred;

5. Familiar with embedded operating systems such as LiteOS/uC-OS/FreeRTOS;

6. Strong communication and expression skills, good document writing ability, and team collaboration spirit.

1. SoC RF Bring up work;

2. RF software control, driver development, performance debugging, and product maintenance;

3. Responsible for RF debugging, calibration, and testing of LTE data terminal equipment;

4. Analysis of problems encountered during performance testing;

5. Support for production and customer related issues;

6. Familiar with the development process of wireless communication embedded systems, proficient in programming in C language or assembly language based on DSP/ARM platform.

1. Communication and software related majors, with 8 years of undergraduate or 5 years or more of master's work experience;

2. Master communication principles and digital signal processing related knowledge;

3. Familiar with the use of RF related instruments;

4. Have enthusiasm for work, strong initiative, sense of responsibility, and courage to take on responsibilities;

5. Work closely with other engineers to ensure that the overall RF circuit design specifications are achieved on schedule and meet reliability and consistency requirements.

1. Research and development of physical layer baseband algorithms;

2. Modeling and analysis of C and Matlab algorithms, optimization of algorithm performance on DSP;

3. Track industry standards (3GPP, IEEE, etc.) and participate in standard proposals;

4. Track the development of next-generation wireless communication and information processing technology.

1. Proficient in digital communication and digital signal processing;

2. Graduated from the Electronic Engineering major with a master's degree;

3. Familiar with modulation and demodulation algorithms, as well as the working principles of transmitter and receiver baseband;

4. Possess good teamwork spirit;

5. Priority will be given to those with experience in LTE and other protocol standards.

1. Develop cellular communication system architecture and participate in the design and development of key subsystems (RF/PMU/DFE/BB/MAC); 

2. Design and optimize the physical layer algorithms for NB-IPT, CAT1, CAT4, and redcap products, including software and hardware definitions and fixed-point implementations;  

3. Design and debug ASIC hardware and DSP firmware to solve problems;  

4. C/C++and Matlab algorithm modeling and analysis;  

5. Track industry standards (3GPP, IEEE, etc.) and participate in standard proposals and the development of next-generation wireless communication and information processing technologies.  

1. Master's degree or above in communication chip algorithms, with a background in physical layer software stack; Management positions require at least 5 years of management experience with 5 or more people;  

2. Proficient in digital communication and digital signal processing methodology;  

3. Familiar with modulation and demodulation algorithms, as well as the working principles of transmitter and receiver baseband;  

4. Possess good teamwork and task pushing abilities.
