RECRUITMENT POSITION

1. Responsible for introducing and promoting the company's products to customers, explaining the advantages of the products and solutions;  

2. During the customer's product development period, assist in customer research and development, help solve problems, promote the  solution of Xinyi products, provide full support throughout the customer's product development period, and ensure the smooth completion of the customer's project;  

3. Participate in defining the company's new products, expanding new markets, promoting and showcasing the functionality and usability of the company's products;  

4. Timely feedback product and market strategy issues to the company's market and R&D team to maintain the competitiveness of the company's products, understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and provide feedback to the company to adjust market strategies;  

5. Provide technical training and product strategy support to agents, partners, and customers;  

6. Able to independently solve various problems that may arise during the work process.  

1. Majors related to electronic information and technology, communication engineering, etc;  

2. More than three years of technical sales or customer-oriented work experience;  

3. Have a background in wireless communication SoC related work, understand LTE, NB IoT IoT related products, systems, and technologies;  

4. Familiar with hardware design and development, familiar with hardware systems or technical support related work experience is preferred;  

5. Good team spirit, good at communication, able to adapt to frequent business trips.

1. Collaborate with Designer to evaluate Foundry Process and guide the selection of new product processes;

2. Manage Foundry technical documentation, coordinate new product Tape out technical communication and affairs;

3. Develop and optimize NPI processes, coordinate chip production, testing, and validation;

4. Analyze yield data such as WAT/CP/FT/SLT, monitor anomalies, and improve yield;

5. Coordinate and handle product anomalies, control MRB/PCN/ECN, etc;

6. Coordinate and handle reliability testing, failure analysis, RMA, etc.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in microelectronics, semiconductor materials, physics, etc;

2. More than five years of experience working in a wafer fab, with priority given to those with experience in process integration or product engineering;

3. Design house product engineer priority;

4. Proficient in wafer manufacturing processes, defect modes, and related impacts;

5. Proficient in understanding the electrical characteristics of products and adept at combining Process/Device analysis to solve problems;

6. Good communication and collaboration skills, proactive, responsible, and good at cooperation.

1. Establish and optimize the company's quality management tracking system;  

2. Urge all departments of the company to follow the SOP process to advance projects and promptly resolve quality issues in the projects;  

3. Coordinate information communication between R&D and suppliers, and track the progress and status of R&D projects from project initiation to mass production in real-time;  

4. Develop an evaluation process for the product and continuously improve it based on its performance;  

5. Evaluate new suppliers and regularly supervise and audit existing suppliers;  

6. Control the quality of existing mass-produced products and continuously improve product yield;  

7. Summarize and write project quality and specification reports.  

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronic engineering, microelectronics, communication or related fields;

2. More than two years of work experience in related positions in the integrated circuit industry;  

3. Proficient in quality management standards and methods, familiar with various quality problem handling methods and processes, and proficient in one or more quality tools;  

4. Experience in project management or R&D project quality control is preferred;  

5. Diligent and down-to-earth, with a serious personality and good communication skills.

1. Develop testing programs and related hardware for automated testing equipment to ensure that chips can meet various testing indicators and achieve smooth mass production;  

2. Based on the SOC chip (including RF/Analog, Digital) datasheet, initialize and develop ATE testing plans and methods;  

3. Optimize testing programs, reduce testing costs, and improve testing coverage;  

4. Monitor and analyze test results, and solve problems encountered during testing.  

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering related majors, with basic knowledge of RF/Analog and digital circuits;

2. Have experience in communication related SOC chip ATE testing, such as CP and FT;  

3. Familiar with ATE testing process and able to write debugging and testing programs;  

4. Familiar with AdvantEST or Teradyne testing platforms, operating systems, and rich experience in ATE testing programming;  

5. Have good learning and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and team spirit.

1. Cooperate with packaging research and development plan design evaluation, risk assessment, etc., coordinate internal departmental reviews and cross departmental mutual reviews;

2. Collaborate with packaging factories to complete packaging design work;

3. Prepare corresponding substrate drawings, wiring diagrams, material lists, and other related documents, and update and maintain the files in the system;

4. Assist in establishing and updating corresponding packaging design rule files;

5. Production, verification, output, and archiving of packaging R&D project materials, R&D design drawings, etc.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic circuits, microwave, automation, microelectronics, materials and related majors;

2. Familiar with packaging process, familiar with SIP design process, and experience in using Cadence Sip is preferred;

3. Those who understand signal integrity and electrical/thermal simulation are preferred;

4. Work carefully and conscientiously, with strong sense of responsibility and ambition, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
