Industry scenario SoC with both NB-IoT communication and low-power MCU capabilities

XY1200S is a high-performance SoC based on narrowband IoT communication protocols with highly integrated and low power consumption. It’s designed to meet the needs of a variety of industry applications. XY2100S can be used as the main control MCU, using Cortex-M3 as the application core processor, with a built-in 4KB cache controller. It also has a completely open processor core and independent memory space. The fast wake-up response time and support for various low-power policies allow the XY1200S to replace external MCU chips. In addition, the XY1200S has ultra-high integration, a built-in RF switch and CMOS PA, and an integrated power management unit. All the designs will reduce the difficulty of customer product development and greatly reduce the product BOM cost. XY1200S chip has a built-in co-processor, and it supports a variety of communication protocols, such as TCP/UDP, HTTP(s), MQTT, CoAP, etc. XY1200S provides plenty of peripheral interfaces, which are convenient for users to develop and can be widely used in IoT products such as smart metering, location tracking, and door magnetic monitoring.
