XINYI Information Technology Showcases XY4100LD Cellular IoT Innovation at ISSCC 2025

XINYI Information Technology（"XINYISEMI"） successfully presented its latest XY4100LD cellular IoT product and research at the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) 2025, held at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis from February 16 to February 20, 2025. Recognized as the "Olympics of Chips," ISSCC is the world’s leading forum for breakthroughs in solid-state circuits and systems-on-a-chip technology.

Notably, XINYI’s paper was the only accepted submission from mainland China's industry at ISSCC 2025, marking a significant milestone in the company’s global contributions to semiconductor innovation.

Beyond the research publication, XINYI delivered an oral presentation, a live demonstration, and an exhibition during the conference, showcasing the real-world capabilities of its XY4100LD LTE Cat.1bis product. The 28nm QFN System-in-a-Package (SiP) operates across 0.6 to 2.7 GHz and achieves exceptional power efficiency, consuming just 40mW in receive mode and 113mW in transmit mode. Its receiver achieves FDD/TDD sensitivity better than -99dBm and -100dBm, respectively, while delivering at +23dBm power in transmit, ensuring reliable connectivity in diverse IoT environments.
